Some of you might have noticed that I have not been around for a while. I wanted to thank you all for following my work. It's because of you that other opportunities came along and I hope you'll continue to follow me at Triumph Dining and Celiac-Disease.com. I personally feel more comfortable writing for websites that are devoted to the gluten-free community, but this website was a great place to get my internet writing feet wet - so to speak!

For those of you who don't already know, the original Atlanta Gluten-Free Examiner, Alicia King is a talented writer -yes, an actual writer - and she offers some great advice about living gluten-free. In fact, Alicia is also soy free so she brings extra info to the table with her informative articles. Alicia is also an author on Suite 101 so check out her articles there as well!

Thanks again to my readers who unknowingly afforded me the opportunity to quit my day job. For three years I've been trying to turn my passion for helping others learn to love being gluten-free into a new career. And my followers actually made it happen!
