There are a few spots left for the gluten-free cooking class in Atlanta this Saturday. The dishes being prepared are also dairy-free, soy-free and egg-free! If you think that cooking without gluten, dairy, eggs and soy is challenging, you're correct. That is why those that have to do it desperately need such a class. They will then find out that they can still enjoy amazing foods that will not make them sick.
The class is being taught through Moore Farms and Friends at Cooks Warehouse. Return to Eden is a sponsor of the class as well. Sally J. Parrott Ashbrook is teaching the class and she has multiple food allergies and intolerances. In other words, she knows what she's talking about.
