While the SEPTA strike may be history, bicycling is always a superb way to get around town. For short to medium-sized trips, cycling is usually faster than buses or subways. Parking is cheaper with a bicycling and there's often more of it.

Plus, don't forget the health benefits: Cycling builds muscle tone, burns calories, increases stamina, supports heart health, reduces stress and just plain makes you feel good.


So even though you could take the bus or subway today, now that you know how easy and pleasant it is to bicycle, why not continue what you've started. Cycle to work today!
