It seems that America is all for cheating with sites like alibinetwork, adultfriendfinder, fastseduction and ashleymadison-where married couples can have an affair 'discreetly' all year round. There are cheating wives websites and cheating husbands websites that are all promoting more cheating. When did it become okay with society to cheat on your significant other?
With all the shows on television on how to catch your cheating spouse like Cheaters and the new show on the Fox Reality Channel-Sex Decoy, where a mother who was cheated on pimps out her daughters to catch sleazy boyfriends cheat on the girls who hired the decoys. You would think people would stop promoting cheating.
What is America coming to? Isn't there any love or romance anymore? What about 'till death do us part'?
People have gotten too spoiled where the internet is an easy playground for affairs and cheating boyfriends and girlfriends. Then there are the social networking sites like Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter where people can easily meet one another for a hookup. In the movie "He's Just Not That Into You" Drew Barrymore gets a lesson from one of her homosexual co-workers that MySpace is the new hookup. So, with all of these available outlets to meet people how could you not cheat? Especially with everything on television promoting sex and cheating. Where did morals go?
From the perspective of cheaters that have been interviewed most of them said that they loved the thrill of it. They loved the thrill of not being able to get caught as well as the fact of having their cake and eat it too. Selfish. Yes.
On CNN they were discussing all the politicians in America that have recently cheated on their wives with prostitutes and other women. The reporter stated how these politicians end up feeling invincible with all the political power they have and that one woman isn't enough for them anymore. They need all of them.
Then there are the women out there that actually believe that if the woman was doing everything she could to "please her man" and to go for those daily workouts at the gym, their husband/boyfriend wouldn't cheat. What about the men that just want a younger, prettier, upgraded model? All those old perverts that are having a mid-life crisis and want something new to make them feel like a young, handsome, and sexy guy again?
Really, is it anybody's fault but the cheaters' themselves? Why blame media, weight gain, aging, boredom, websites, or anything else for that matter? Blame the person who is the cheater.
