The Fantastic Four, clockwise from top left: Fabulous, Frugal, Formidable, and Fast

General Motors, once one of the powerhouses of the automotive industry, recently filed for bankrupcy. Although this is obviously a negative direction for the company, it presents options for the car buyer. Now, buyers can negotiate better deals, and feel better about their purchases. Every GM car purchase is a badge of patriotism, a sign of american cameraderie, and honestly, just a darn smart buy. You might ask why this article focuses on GM, and not Ford or Chrysler. The answer is that GM is the largest of the three, has the best vehicle lineup, and seems to be taking their predicament seriously. GM has come out with some spectacular vehicles in the last few years, with quality and reliability rivaling that of its asian counterparts.

This article takes a look at four cars from General Motors, that will give you what you need without breaking the bank. Hopefully we can keep some American dollars in our economy, and in your pockets. Let's take a look.
