So you’ve got it by now, right? You know exactly why you need to juice and how you’re going to juice but now you’re wondering what you are going to juice?
Yes, I know. You are just aching for a great juice recipe. Well here it is:
Sweet Green Juice*
1 cucmumber
1 carrot or 3-4 baby carrots
1 green apple
¼ cup parsley
¼ cup mint
1 stalk of celery
½ inch piece of ginger
½ lemon, peeled
Push all ingredients through your juicer.
I really love this one. The sweetness and spice added by the green apple and fresh ginger make it more palatable than other green juices for the novice juicer. The parsley, mint, cucumber, and celery make this a great detoxifier for your system so it’s an awesome way to start your morning.
