Oregon Humane Society (OHS) is touting a *scary* Halloween promotion NOW through November 1.  I pulled this from their site. Trick or treat? Choose trick - and trick your significant other into swinging by OHS on the way to a Halloween party this weekend.

Howl-a-ween Adoption Campaign

"You'll be overjoyed when your bring an OHS pet home at Halloween. All adult pets (no puppies or kittiens) that have orange, black or orange/black colors in their coats have their adoption fees reduced by 31% for the last week of October (October 26 through November 1)."

You can also make a donation to OHS in honor of your favorite person (or pet) and send a Halloween e-card letting them know by visiting this link. The e-cards are irresistible. Celebrate this weekend by donating money or your time to a local rescue group.
