Skateboard guru, mixed martial artist and Sirius satellite radio show host Jason Ellis was the in-studio guest on The Howard Stern Show today. Howard Stern Show fans who have become accustomed to hearing interviews with mega-movie stars may have grimaced a bit at the announcement of this relative unknown as the morning’s headlining guest, but Jason Ellis proved that he can hang with “the big boys.”
As is the case with many of the more obscure guests that Howard Stern interviews, Jason Ellis turned out to be one of the most entertaining, honest, engaging and compelling interviewees in recent weeks. Jason Ellis was candid about his history with drug abuse, broken bones and, perhaps most frighteningly, his brief sexual tryst with WWE wrestler Chyna.
While Howard Stern has to push guests to their limits to extract juicy personal information, Jason Ellis was more than willing to share his most graphic horror stories.
Jason Ellis also spoke about his own radio show on Sirius XM satellite radio channel Faction 28. Jason Ellis took on the radio gig reluctantly at first but now states that he’s been hounding Sirius producers to extend his show another hour.
Jason Ellis talked about the signature segment on his Faction 28 radio show called “Dude, is it gay?” in which callers propose situations and Jason Ellis determines the level of gayness. Jason Ellis also uses his radio show to promote his own heavy mental rock band “Taintstick.”
