Star Trek: The Exhibition

Wrapping up successful runs in Philadelphia at The Franklin Institute and at the Detroit Science Center, "Star Trek: The Exhibition" is bringing that special Trek-flavored blend of nostalgia and futurism to museums around the nation, perhaps to one near you.

The 200+ items featured in the 12,500-square-foot exhibition include a USS Enterprise bridge replica (original series era), the shooting model for the Borg ship, and an array of costumes and props. A flight simulator ride for an extra fee takes visitors through a Star Trek adventure of their own.

A full schedule has not been published by the exhibit, and it is likely that negotiations with various venues are ongoing. If you would like "Star Trek: The Exhibition" to open at a museum near you, be sure and let the museum know and also us this form to tell the exhibit organizers that you are interested.

"Star Trek: The Exhibition" will open Oct. 23 at The Tech Museum in San José, California. Single-ticket price is $25 for adults, $19 for kids 3-17.
