In 2005 John graduated from Ohio State University and moved to San Diego where he began working for Ace Mortgage Funding. He excelled, learning the ins and outs of the business and establishing an excellent rapport with his clientele. He was quickly named Top Producer of the Year in 2006 and 2007.
