Tony has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the American Meteorological Society. He also holds the AMS Seal of Approval for Television Weathercasting. Tony started his career doing dispersion computer model weather forecasting for a private operational weather firm in Chicago in 1988. His first job in TV was on WDTN in Dayton, OH. He then spent eight years with WBAL in Baltimore, MD and two with WCBS in New York. He is currently with WUSA TV in Washington, DC and has been there since 2001. Tony has extensive network level TV experience as well. He has been seen on the NBC Weekend Today Show, The Early Show on CBS, and The David Letterman Show. Email Tony.
