We talk a lot about what's been canceled and what's on the way out, but how about a round of applause for those shows that have recieved full season pick-ups or orders for more episodes?
Fox is singing for joy over it's new series Glee. The musical comedy has been given a full season
The CW had a few losers in the bunch but The Vampire Diaries is hitting it big and it's here to stay. Melrose Place got an order for a few more episodes and several of the actors have been let go. Sounds like they're making another run at the show from a different angle.
ABC has given quirky mystery Castle a full season and it's looking like the intricate scifi series FlashForward will be sticking around, too.
CBS is taking top spots on the weekly ratings charts with both incarnations of NCIS, so that means NCIS: Los Angeles is staying on for the rest of the season and probably well beyond that. Things are also looking up for The Good Wife.
Did your favorite new show make it past the opening bell? An awful lot of them are still sitting on the fence, such as The Forgotten, Hank, and Cougar Town.
Next up is V on ABC and I'm looking forward to that one. Let's hope it gets more than a few weeks to find an audience.
