New Jersey schizophrenic beaten by police, with fists and baton caught on private security camera

As you can see, Ronnie Holloway got the snot knocked out of him for reasons that are not initially apparent on the surveillance video. This man is, according to his mother, a schizophrenic and is "mentally challenged on other levels" according to his attorney.
What can be seen on the surveillance tape is that there was no overt aggressive act, and that indeed Holloway barely resisted the attempt to have his brains beaten out, let alone resisting arrest as he is charged with, among other charges-all victim-less.
I have nothing much to add to this, frankly, the video speaks a thousand words.
Passaic, New Jersey's finest-deal with this, be the finest for a change.
