MercyMe & Tenth Avenue North will be in Valpo Sunday, Nov 8th

MercyMe

This weekend is some of the best weather Chicago has had in a long time.  End the weekend with a great concert by MercyMe and Tenth Avenue North.  It's a bit of a drive, but the bands will be hosted by the Valpo Nazarene Church, which is about an hour from the loop.

MercyMe is the band of record for such well known songs as God With Us, I Can Only Imagine, Word Of God Speak, You Reign, In The Blink Of An Eye, Hold Fast, and Spoken For. The band is out with it's greatest hits of the last ten years on a compilation CD, or, just pick your favorites from iTunes.

Tenth Avenue North is a relatively new band with several monster hits, including Love is Hear and By Your Side.  This band is soon to be headlining their own shows, so Sunday is a great chance to catch two great bands in on place.  And a chance to enjoy a long drive outside of the city before the rain comes.  Again.
