The Prince George’s Publick Playhouse, located in Cheverly, MD, is hosting a series called “Saturday morning at the movies.” At 10am on the second Saturday of every month, the playhouse will put on a half hour live show followed by a feature family film. The live show includes actor performance and audience participation. Tickets are only $5 per person. The next showing is Mandy the Clown with Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer on screen on June 13th.

The June 13th showing will be the last Saturday morning at the movies event for the summer, but the series will restart again in October. The playhouse is currently coming up with the new line-up of performers and movies. Check back to their website in August or September for more information or contact the playhouse directly at 301-277-1710.
