While it may not be specific to indie music per se, electronic music deserves some representation in Austin. To that end, Massive Intent is hosting Future Fest at Travis County Expo Center the night of June 27th. The event will run 10 hours and feature live sets from well-known DJs such as DJ Dan, ATB, Bassbin Twins, and Dieselboy. As with most raves, this event will feature a slew of other forms of entertainment including stilt walkers, tribal drumming, and six themed areas.

This Examiner has a press pass and will be reporting back from the event. Stay tuned for pictures and updates.
