Before the D.C. weather turns brutally hot, humid and sticky, enjoy these last, few beautiful Spring days, outside at an old school Spring Festival.  Join Peoples Congregational United Church of Christ  this Saturday, May 2, at their second annual Spring Festival!

The festival will have a moon bounce, face painting, vendors, games, prizes, music and food. All food (including popcorn and cotton candy - yum) is only $1.00!  You can't beat that price in this economy.  If the festival is anything like last year's, the DJ will be spinning great tunes and young and old(er) folk will be competing in the old school vs. new school dance party, doing a Soul train line and just having a good ol' time.

Held on the church's parking lot, the festival is from 12 - 4 p.m., and is free and open to the public.  So, don't sit the house this weekend!  Take advantage of this gorgeous weather and bring the spouse, the kids, the neighbors, family and friends down to Peoples Church for some hot dogs, cotton candy, music and fun!

Now go have unlimited fun with limited funds!
