Metro wants you to know that parking spaces will fill up fast. So fast that you should line up at the gate to park at 3:31 a.m.
From Get There:
Parking lots will be open at 3:30 a.m. and the trains will start running at 4 a.m. There are nearly 60,000 spaces, but the lots are expected to fill up by 5:30 to 6 a.m., according to Metro General Manager John B. Catoe Jr.
Hoo boy! You guys have fun hanging around a few hours downtown. In the cold. Without shelter. Or even a bagged lunch. I'll be asleep.
When you load into the car in the wee hours of the morning don't forget your $4 for parking.
