Good day fight fans! Let me welcome you to a series of interviews I am conducting with local amateur and professional fighters from in and around Indianapolis.

In my pursuit to give you the best coverage of fight sports, as I have brought you exclusive interviews and features on world champions like Manny Pacquiao, Nonito Donaire, Rich Franklin, Thomasz Adamek, Rampage Jackson and legendary trainers like Emmanuel Steward, I am now tapping on the grassroots level of the sport where lots of great talents are just waiting to be discovered. 

For my first interview, I caught up with Elite Cage Fighting's 140 champion Matt "The Captain" Morgan. Morgan hails from Orleans, Indiana and has an impressive record of 7-0. Coming from a small down has not stopped Morgan from pursuing his dream as a professional mixed martial artist. With the help of his camp Team Atchinson, Morgan definitely has a bright future in the sport.
