Here's a video of Gina Carano that covers the basics about MMA's leading lady. Carano is fighting Cris "Cyborg" Santos on August 15 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California as the headline of Strikeforce.

The beautiful and dangerous Carano who is also famoust for starring in the remkae of the American Gladiators as "Crush" will be in for the biggest test of her life while carry women's MMA on her back. Carano is undefeated (7-0) and will try to make history by  being Strikeforce's first-ever 145-pound women's title holder. "Cyborg" is no pushover though with a record of 7-1 and her first loss coming from her debut fight. 

The video find from Youtube may be a little old but it gives those who aren't familiar of Carano the basic scoop on who she is and what she's all about outside her gorgeous looks.
