Herbs to boost you immune system.

A proper diet of 3 healthy square meals a day goes a long way in protecting immunity. For additional help, herbs are used across the globe to get a further boost for the immune system.

1) Echinacea  has properties that increase defense mechanisms against viruses and bacteria.

2) Astragalus is a restorative food and a tonic that the Chinese have used for hundreds of years to strengthen and protect against illness.

3) Poke root tincture activates every phase of the immune system. It is a great protector of the lungs and has an antiviral component.

 
5) Ginger has anti-inflammatory components and helps with circulation. It stimulates white blood cells and also has antiviral, anti-cancer and antioxidant properties that is a very effective immune tonic that helps with stress.

6) Garlic has antiseptic, antiparasitic, antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties that strengthen immunity.

7) St. John's Wort has antimicrobial, antifungal and antibacterial properties. It s rich in antibiotic powers, helps in healing wounds and is also known to help with depression.

8) Sage is an immune stimulant that has antibacterial, antiviral and antiseptic properties.
