Love and science
Imagine being able to measure love? Imagine human beings having instant access to higher intelligence through practical techniques and connecting with one another?
In a unique presentation at Gateway Books in Santa Cruz, introducing the Global Coherence Initiative, HeartMath Institute welcomes visionaries Gregg Braden, Marci Shimoff, Rev. Wendy Craig-Purcell and Nina Rothschild Utne to join them in a 2-part exploration to honor the unprecedented consciousness explosion happening in our world today.
Millions of people sense that this is an extraordinary time and we all want to understand and be an integral part of the healing of ourselves and our planet. How can we make a meaningful difference? Join HeartMath in this power-packed is a science-based initiative uniting people in heart-focused care and intention. They will show empirically how to shift global consciousness from instability and discord to balance, cooperation and enduring peace. This is what HeartMath Institute is presenting on Oct. 22nd and 24th in Santa Cruz.
We live in challenging times when opportunity for navigating to the next level of intelligence is tantamount to less stressful and more abundant living. We can be swept away by the difficulties or take positive action and learn how to remain happy, resilient and productive even during changing times.
"We have two choices: continue to blame the world for our stress or take responsibility for own reactions and deliberately change our emotional climate."
-- Doc Childre and Howard Martin, HeartMath Solution
HeartMath Institute studies and illustrate the effectiveness of heart intelligence. According to Howard Martin, Executive Vice President, HeartMath has shown that the heart is a primary generator of rhythm in your body, influencing brain processes that control the nervous system, cognitive function and emotion. More coherent heart rhythms facilitate brain function allowing you more access to your higher intelligence. Greater intelligence helps improve focus, creativity, intuition and higher-level decision making. When you’re in heart-rhythm coherence, you perform at your best – what athletes call being in the zone. You feel confident, positive, focused and calm yet energized. In other words, the head is less intelligent without heart involvement.
Scientists have also shed their former conviction that there is no such thing as an energy field around the human body, the earth and the stratosphere. We now have sensitive instruments to map the electric, magnetic, thermal, acoustic and photonic fields produced by living organisms including the earth.
You can join the 16,000 other members in a free membership at http://glcoherence.org for opportunities to take part in global experiments that measure the impact of human coherent emotional output, attend webinars and enter a 'Global Care Room' to participate in shared 'coherence' activities with people all over the world. The objective is to create a network of monitors strategically placed around the world to create the inspiration for a community turning point at this time in our history. Participation leads to the purchase of more global 'sensor sites' using advanced scientific research to direct positive impact in our world.
Jack Canfield, author of the 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' series and an advisory board member calls this project "perhaps the greatest experiment in the history of the world."
