
All of us have busy lives and would love to squeeze in a workout when we can. Not only do we want to squeeze a workout in but we want to make it worth our while as well. I am introducing a weekly article that will offer my readers sufficient time crunching workouts!
30 Minute Cardio Machine Melter: This workout can be performed on a stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical or stair climber. If performed on an elliptical expect to burn 209, treadmill 249, stationary bike 269 and stair climber 282. If the workout below is too difficult it’s important to tailor the workout to your physical capability but be honest with yourself.
