
Ashley Tisdale has been the talk of “fit fashion” lately. She has also been very committed to working out and staying fit . She credits her fit physique to consistent cardio routines, strength training and a balanced diet. She options for light weights as a way to avoid getting too bulky, a typical meal is very light and healthy. Tisdale also tries to stay away from junk food as tempting as it maybe.
In the January issue of Shape, she admitted to viewing the gym as a form of torture. Over time she has taken on a new attitude toward fitness and is now fully committed. Tisdale says "I was always super-thin – too skinny, actually," she says. "I felt like someone could break me in half. I realize now that being a bit more curvy and toned is so much more beautiful."
A typical day at the gym with LA-based trainer Christopher Hebert consists of an hour-long workout three or four days a week.
• 30 minutes on the elliptical.
• 30 minutes of weight training and core exercises to keep her back strong.
