I am sure you have heard it before but the best way to get the most out of a workout is interval training. Interval training combines cardio and strength training which help to tone and blast fat according to Jeanette Jenkins, author of The Hollywood Trainer Weight-Loss Plan. View the workout below to get you started!

Three days a week perform the 10 minute workout below which should be coupled with 10-20 minutes of power walking or jogging. You will burn up to 419 calories or more in one session depending on the intensity of your run/jog.

0:00-1:00 Squats
1:00-2:00 Jump Squats
2:00-3:00 Jumping Jacks
3:00-4:00 Front Kicks
4:00-5:00 Side Shuffles
5:00-6:00 Jumping Rope
6:00-7:00 Walking Lunges
