Hip Hop at it's best!

Reese Witherspoon and many other people are trying out the new variety of yoga develped by LA trainer Matthew Reyes. "Yoga Hop"(www.yogahop.com) is filled with high engery music ranging from hip-hop, rock and pop. Many yogies are trading in the symbols and chanting for a little bit of the Kanye West vibe instead.

Yoga Hop has been classifed as the East meets West yoga style that still provides the spirturally soothing expereince of flowing yoga and exhilirating workouts. Parcipants have seen profound changes in their body including weight loss, flexibility and endurance. The classes are innovative, inexpensive and cater to all levels.

Unfortuantely this new craze is only offered at a Studio in Santa Monica but in the meantime you can take a stab at this new style of yoga on your own with Russell Simmons video series titled "Yoga Live". Set to 72 tracks of orginal hip-hop music you can have your own spritual hip-hop experinece right in the middle of your living room.
