Dave Carroll on YouTube

Recently Dave Carroll's guitar was damaged on a flight from Halifax to Chicago.  He was having problems getting United to reimburse him the $1,200 dollars he had to pay to get the guitar repaired.  His solution?  Write a song and put it on YouTube.  And guess what?  It worked.  United has agreed to reimburse him.  They also asked if they could use the video internally as a training tool for employees.
