You have the dream to soar above the clouds.  Perhaps you have the desire to conquer your fear of flying.  It's easier and more affordable than you think.

The Sport Pilot is the fastest and easiest way to get your wings.  In a minimum of 20 hours you can have your pilot's license.  The cost is around $3000.

Since the Sport Pilot license is the easiest to get, it has the most limitations.  Here are a few of the limitations placed on Sport Pilots.

  • Maximum gross take off weight cannot exceed 1,230 lbs.
  • Maximum speed cannot exceed 120 knots.
  • Maximum number of seats is 2.
  • Can only fly during the day and not above 10,000 feet.
  • The ground must be visible at all times.
