Sabres to kick off kettle drive; individual game tickets available at St. Bonaventure

The Buffalo Sabres today announced that The Salvation Army will launch its annual holiday kettle drive on Wednesday, Nov. 4, prior to the New York Islanders game at 7 p.m. at HSBC Arena. Salvation Army officers will be located at Arena entrances prior to the game to accept donations. Sabretooth will be roaming the pavilion entrance helping to facilitate contributions from fans. This campaign is vital in its effort to aid the poor and homeless in the Western New York community.

Tickets to individual St. Bonaventure men’s basketball games are now on sale. Tickets to any of the Bonnies’ 14 home games are available at the SBU Ticket Office or online at GoBonnies.com or Tickets.com.

Individual tickets to all regular season games in the Reilly Center are priced at $14 and $9. Tickets to the Bonnies’ exhibition game against Mansfield this Friday, Nov. 6, are just $5.

St. Bonaventure opens the season on Nov. 13 against Cleveland State. The rest of the home schedule includes Binghamton (Nov. 20), LeMoyne (Dec. 10), Savannah State (Dec. 12), Canisius (Dec. 30), George Washington (Jan. 6), Saint Joseph’s (Jan. 16), Dayton (Jan. 30), Fordham (Feb. 10), Richmond (Feb. 13), Temple (Feb. 17), Rhode Island (Feb. 27) and Duquesne (March 3).

Season tickets are still available and are $170. For additional information or to purchase tickets, call the Ticket Office at 375-2500. The office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
