Howl-o-Ween Fest in Bridgeland featuring dock diving, dancing dogs, and a disc dog championship
The community of Bridgeland in Cypress, TX is having a Howl-o-Ween Fest to benefit the Houston SPCA, and you’re invited. The difference between Bridgeland’s Halloween celebration and others throughout the greater Houston area is the Space City Disc Dog Championship – where agile doggies catch Frisbees in the air. There will also be dogs performing to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” through the Happy Hounds Canine Musical Freestyle Group, and a Dock Diving Fun Jump for dogs.
And if those three events are not enough to attract dogs and their owners from all over the greater Houston, TX area, Bridgeland’s Howl-o-Ween Fest will also have the following:
- Costume Contest and Dog Parade*
- Pet Photographer
- Trick-or-Treating for Dogs
- Pet Adoptions
- Mobile Groomers and Veterinarians
- Demonstrations by Mike the Narcotic Detector Dog and the Fort Bend Narcotics Task Force
- Concessions (Food and Drinks) for both dogs and humans
