The Dog Whisperer with members of his pack
Calling fans of the Dog Whisperer.
Ceasar Millan, star of the popular Dog Whisperer television series on National Geographic Channel is looking a National Spokesdog.
"This is your chance to show the world your dog's potential!" boasts their website.
Anyone can enter their dog in this online photo search by visiting NationalSpokesDog.org and uploading "their most memorable dog photo and describing why their dog should win."
There are four categories: "Best Pack;" "Most Outrageous Feat;" "Best Camera Face;" and "Most Hilarious Costume."
The top three finalists in each category (photos with the most votes) will win a shopping spree at PETCO along with a gift card to CesarMillanInc.com and an autographed copy of Cesar's new "Mastering Leadership" Series DVD, Common Canine Misbehaviors!
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of celebrity judges, including Cesar Millan, producer Barry Josephson, rock diva Dayna Steele, and Pulitzer Prize finalist photographer David Woo.
The winning Spokesdog will star with Cesar in the Millan Foundation's 2010 Public Service Announcement campaign, which promotes spaying and neutering and adopting homeless dogs from shelters. The Grand Prize winner will also receive an autographed pair of LandRoller skates and win a $1000 shopping spree at PETCO.
"We've created a contest to search for America's top dogs and promote spaying and neutering of dogs at the same time. It's a great way to highlight the love we have for our canine companions while addressing the most serious crisis facing animals in shelters today,"
