Sugar Free Fudge Dipped Vanilla Wafers.
Diabetics seem to miss out on days such as, National Chocolate Wafer day, but because it is the day before the 4th of July, this is a great picnic food.
Murry produce a line of sugar free cookes and one of them is Fudge Dipped Vanilla Wafers. These are one of my husband's favorite cookies.
There are 20 cookies in the packet and retail at Super Wal-Mart for $2.23. In other supermarket they are more expensive.

Hubby only eats one or two at a time for a treat, but when we go to a party, such as a 4th July picnic, then it is nice to be able to take something that he can eat. It is not always possible, with work, for me to make something from scratch.
