If you dream of eating at an up-market restaurant and only have the budget of a local cafe, then look no more. The 2009 Entertainment book actually came out November 1, 2008, but the coupons, and the entertainment card, run through to November 1st, 2009.
The first quarter of the book are all restaurants, or to do with food. The majority of them are 'Enjoy one complimentary lunch or dinner entree, when a second one of equal or greater value is purchased. Some, but not all of them have a two drink requirement as well.
Unfortunately Pasco County only have a few restaurants to choose from, so you may be checking out new ones in Tarpon Springs, Spring Hill, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, etc. I use a couple of the Pinellas ones when I am on vacation in Treasure Island. I have already noticed that Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, have one for the Gulf View Mall location, that went out months ago. Carol's Cafe have also ceased business on Main Street. Always phone, before making a special trip, to a restaurant in the book.
There is a section on fast food restaurants. Some state 'valid at all participating locations', but others have specific locations only.
I would love to see one for the Pasco area, but I always end up purchasing, either the St. Petersburg area, or Tampa Bay book. We just don't have enough restaurants participating in the immediate area.
Having owned a restaurant I always have the common courtesy, to leave a tip for the full amount of the bill, before my free meal was taken off.
Here are some in our area:

I purchased my book On-line for just $15 with no shipping and handling costs. This is a great way to eat out on a budget, but also get to try new places. Travel a little further and the restaurants are endless.
