The second part of Michelle's story.

You have to come to her shop and see the gourmet chocolates she produces from over 800 molds. She only uses the best quality chocolate and I found that out when I tried one of her most popular items, chocolate covered potato chips. First of all I thought what a strange combination. They are covered in thick, rich, chocolate and the potato chip is a perfect size, it is slightly salty, and remains really crisp inside the chocolate. They are to die for. They come in white, milk,or dark chocolate and peanut butter. Other great seller are her chocolate dipped pretzels and chocolate covered strawberries.

At one end of the glass counters are amazing sculptured chocolates. Some of these were features as centerpieces at charity functions. She also teaches classes for anyone interested in learning her craft. If you are looking for a different kind of children's party then they can have a 'hands on' experience. Even the Red Hat ladies have enjoyed this kind of party. She also gives speeches to Civic Groups.

From humble beginnings this lady has matured into a cornerstone of our community. We couldn't ask for more on our doorstep. So next time you are thinking of a gift for a friend or family member check her out. If your business is having a function wouldn't it be nice to have a dessert table. You can just give her a design and she will come up with the goods. You should see her catered dessert tables for weddings. I know I feel 10 pounds heavier just looking at the pictures. She even does adult themed chocolates.

When the economy is down we often think of chocolate as a comfort and I know that it always makes me feel good.
