Fritz Klein as Abraham Lincoln.

As part of the Chicago Public Library's Land of Lincoln Readers -- 2009 Children's Summer
Reading Program
, catch internationally-known actor, Fritz Klein of the Lincoln Institute,
bringa the 16th President to life at local libraries.

Klein becomes Lincoln in an engaging and interactive presentation entitled, "Meet Mr.
Lincoln". Children will learn about Lincoln, his love of stories and learning, and the many
fascinating and funny facets of his life.

Fritz Klein’s interpretation of Lincoln has been featured on the History Channel, CNN, The
New York Times and many other historic events.

This a family program is best for children ages five and up and is presented at numerous
libraries throughout the city, including Roosevelt, Near North, Lincoln Park, Northtown,
Budlong Woods and Sulzer Regional. Check the CPL Web site for all times and locations. (Registration required.)
