Admit it... watching Jurassic Park made you consider a career switch for a few minutes. Maybe you even had plastic models of dinosaurs as a kid. Don't be embarrassed by your dreams of digging in a remote corner of the world; you are not alone!

The Florida Fossil Hunters share your passion for searching through sedimentary rocks for that perfect cast or mold. The 18th annual fossil fair is next weekend at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. For two days, you can wander amongst skilled collectors and even add to your treasured finds. For the collector with deep pockets, be sure to ask about the silent auctions for rare and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Admission is only $4 for adults and $1 for kids. The kids can even dig in a pit made just for them.
