Melanie Fiona.

Her name is Melanie Fiona; a Toronto, Canada native with a voice so soulful it could cure the common cold. The daughter of Guyanese immigrants, Melanie remembers her home being filled with music thanks to her music loving parents; maybe that is the reason why her voice sits on R&B classics like the songs were made just for her.

Melanie's single "Give It To Me Right" has been blowing up the radio all over the country officially introducing the new sound of R&B. Her raspy voice is filled with soul that gives you comfort and anticipation for her next note; a sound that says I am here to stay.

Her new album The Bridge, is set to make it's debut in the Summer of this year. Her hope with this album is to bridge the gap in music. She wants to show that all ethnicities can unite under one sound because music is a universal entity.
