Tony Dovolani and his replacement partner Melissa Rycroft performed one of the best paso doble routines during season 8 on "Dancing with the Stars."
Season 2, Dovolani was paired with wrestler Stacy Keibler and finished third.
The next season, he wasn't so lucky. During season 3, his partner country music singer Sara Evans withdrew due to her high profile divorce.
Season 4, he and Leeza Gibbons were quickly eliminated to finish ninth.
Season 5, he danced with Jane Seymour to finish sixth.
Season 6, he got up to the semi-finals with Broadway star Marissa Jaret Winokur.
Season 7, he finished sixth with soap opera star Susan Lucci.
Season 8, he was paired with Nancy O'Dell, but O'Dell withdrew due to an injury and his replacement partner was Melissa Rycroft. They finished third.
Dovolani and his partner for season 9, supermodel Kathy Ireland, were eliminated during week 2.

1. Here's Dovolani with Leeza Gibbons. They received a 24 along with three other couples. That was the high score for the paso doble that night.
2. Dovolani and Lucci performed the paso doble to "The Ride" from "The Mask of Zorro" also by James Horner. They received a 24.
3. Dovolani and Winokur performed the paso doble to "My Family Is My Life" by James Horner also to receive a 24.
4. Dovolani and Rycroft performed the paso to Lady Gaga's "Poker Face." They received a 25.
