Pick up dress or have it delivered
Deliver out-of-town welcome baskets -- Guests coming from out of town will appreciate that you took the time to remember them during this busy week. Keep the welcome baskets simple to save on your budget, and reserve them for special guests only, such as your future in-laws, your fiance's grandparents, step-parents, etc. If budget is an issue, create little folders containing a breakdown of the wedding weekend, directions to the church, reception hall, etc. and a local contact number of someone they can call if they need assistance. If your guest are arriving earlier and will have a free day or two, give them a "things to do and see" list of your city. Another option is to provide movie tickets or a list of the best restaurants to dine in. Taking the time to be their host and hostess when you physically be there will make them feel like you are there in a way.
Pack for your honeymoon -- You will be so busy (and tired) during your last few days as a single woman that packing will be the last thing you'll want to do or have time to do. If possible, pack a change of casual clothes in your carry on bag, if case your luggage is lost.
Confirm travel arrangements -- Check with your airline or travel agent to confirm your plans. Call your hotel direct to confirm any special rates, requests, etc if you made to reservation online.
Send Seating Cards to your calligrapher or graphic designer
Confirm Your Catering Details --Call in your final counts to your caterer and confirm the details with them. Note specifically any changes that were made after the original contract was signed. It's better to be safe than sorry and to be over prepared with the details to avoid a last minute surprise.
Have A Beauty Makeover - Get a manicure and a pedicure; arrange for a massage and a facial. Check with your local salons. Many may have a special discount for brides and their bridesmaids.
