JC Penney’s Veterans Day Sale begins Wednesday, November 11th and ends Saturday, November 14th. During this sale you can pick up an extra savings card at any register and reveal an extra 30%, 20% or 15% off regular and sale items when you use your JC Penney card. This is also the last chance for deepest discounts at JC Penney’s final clearance with savings of up to 75%.
