During the holidays, stress levels seem to rise and feel as if it's reached the maximum level. Correct? But family time is still a quality and you can still do family time even if you're extremely stressed out. How so? By watching movies. That way you can try and relax and the whole family can have a good time, relaxing as well.
Some movies the California Psychics suggest are Meet the Parents, Home Alone, Big Fish, and On Golden Pond. They suggest these movies because they bring about feelings of hope, change, and humor. They're also family-oriented movies, which is a good idea when trying to enjoy your family time together. You could also catch the follow-up's to these movies too in case you didn't get enough of the first movie.

More good movies to watch are Adam Sandler movies because he does show the importance of family in his movies and likes to induce humor. For example, you could watch Click because it's about family struggles and teaches the lesson of being careful of what you ask for. Another good movie to watch with Adam Sandler could be Spanglish because the family in that movie does go through a lot of stress and has less humor, but teaches the lesson of learning to love what you have.

Maybe you don't have a big family yet? Maybe it's just you and your significant other for the time being? That's okay too, there's still movies for the two of you to watch incase the above ones don't strike your interest.
For example, you could watch movies induced with romance, such as The Notebook. Sure it's got lots of ooshy gooshy love in it, but it shows how powerful love can be. Sometimes we need a reminder when we're stressed, don't we? Another movie to watch could be Something's Gotta Give with Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton. This is a good one to watch because both of the main characters are funny, but also because they are totally opposite from each other in the movie, and still find a way to love each other. Another reason is because they're not the usual young couple that you see in movies falling in love; they've both been through many of life's strugglers already and therefore are that much wiser.
Don't forget those old classics too!
