So the big day is over, but you still have food left over, huh? Want to make something new but still have it taste good? Well, read on because I'm sure you'll find something that will pique your taste buds!

How do Sweet Potato and Turkey Quesadillas with a spicy chipotle mayonnaise? Sounds interesting, huh? I'm always a fan of quesadillas and if you are too, click here to watch the video for the recipe! You get some nice colors in the dish too! (It's the second video.)

Or how about Mashed Potato Croquette with Cranberry Mayonnaise dip? Anything that involves mashed potatoes, you can count me in! How about you? I would definitely try that recipe if I were you! Click here to watch the video for that recipe. (It's the third video.)

Now, how about Chinese Turkey Salad? It's healthy and tasty! Where can you go wrong? After eating all that food on Thursday, I don't see any problems with eating your leftovers in a healthy salad. For that recipe, click here to watch the video. (It's the fourth video.)

Maybe you even need something for breakfast, huh? Well, how about Turkey Hash? I love hash, so this definitely would be my choice for breakfast. It looks pretty tasty on the video! Besides, don't you need your breakfast? Click here to watch the video for that recipe. (It's the fifth video.)

Maybe you want the traditional sandwich. How about spicing it up a little and making it a Turkey Panini? You get all the traditional Thanksgiving foods in one sandwich! Talk about a big sandwich. Or maybe you shouldn't talk about it and just eat it? Click here to watch the video for that recipe. (It's the seventh video.)

Sure, dessert is a huge part of Thanksgiving. How about dessert afterwards? You don't want leftover pumpkin or pecan pie, do you? Why don't you make some Cranberry Quick-Fruit Compote? Where can you go wrong with dessert? It makes for a very pretty dish and probably tastes awesome. Click here to watch the video for that recipe. (It's the eighth video.)
