
Any and all in the city of Los Angeles can party like a NOLA native at the 20th annual Mardi Gras extravaganza at the Farmer’s Market. Lasting four days, one major highlight, (and affirmation that Angelinos not only love their dogs, but really love to coif, coddle, pamper and then preen their babies), is the Mutti Gras Pet Parade that happens at 12pm on Saturday, February 21st in the Plaza. Prizes will be awarded to best-dressed King canines and Queen pooches in three categories:
