Sweet Desert Delight is a signature blend from Zhi Teas, containing; cinnamon, anise pods, cacao nibs, coconut, stevia leaf, safflowers and natural coconut flavors. Sweet Desert Delight is a rooibos tea which means it is naturally caffeine free and is an herbal, or tisane as herbal teas really are not tea,  per se since they do not come from the Camellia Sinensis bush. This is a great, naturally sweet tea that just swept me off my feet with its rich, multidimensional flavor. There is quite a bit going on with this tea flavor wise. If you like coconut and chocolate, you'll love this tea.

Zhi Teas also offers a tea of the month club. A great gift for that tea lover in your life.

Since there are so many temptations this time of year, having sweet, flavored teas on hand can help in the fight against holiday weight gain. The next time you are tempted by that bag of halloween candy or instead of pie at the end of Thanksgiving, reach for a flavored tea instead. Your mouth gets to enjoy the flavors of the holidays while keeping the rest of your body from suffering the unwanted calories.  As more holiday flavored teas become available, I'll be sure to review them so you'' know before you buy which ones you might like the best.
