Vino 100

For many, drinking wine at bars and restaurants is synonymous with pretentious patrons and inflated prices. But at least one bar in Dallas has managed to buck that reputation.

Vino 100, a wine bar located in Uptown, offers 100 bottles of wine for $25 or less, creating a relaxing atmosphere for novice wine drinkers, while also offering several higher-end bottles and glasses to appease more demanding drinkers. And with a large collection of artisan wines produced in limited supply, you can taste something new each time you go.

A classy establishment for after dinner drinks or date night, Vino 100 boasts a laidback atmosphere and outdoor seating. But make sure to stop by on weekdays from 5:00pm – 7:00pm for half price glasses of wine.

And to wash down and complement all that wine, Vino 100 offers a small menu of Mediterranean tapas, artisanal cheeses and desserts.

Location: 2909 McKinney Ave.

Aside from Vino 100, Dallas offers a handful of other quality wine bars, including: Swirll Winery and Wine Bar; Dali Wine Bar and Cellar; Cru; Mercy; Times Ten Cellars.
