New releases for 11-04-09
It’s Monday, which means you are more than likely recovering from your sugar-induced coma you received over the weekend. Welcome back to the land of the living. I hope you’re proud of yourself. If you haven’t spent all your money on Halloween candy then take a look at this week’s comic book highlights.
Dark Horse will be releasing Buffy the Vampire Slayer #30.
Hey Greg Rucka fans, Oni Press will be serving up a new creator-owned series from the man behind Batwoman with Stumptown #1. This is Rucka’s first creator-owned series since Queen & Country.
Over at Marvel, we have Captain America: Reborn #4. Black Widow gets to shine in Black Widow: Deadly Origin #1. X-Fans can rejoice with the release of Psylocke #1. Also for something different, be sure to check out The Marvelous Land of Oz #1. Yes, THAT Oz.
Finally at DC Comics, Superman: World of New Krypton #9 will be available, as will Secret Six #15. The Main Man is back bay-bay in Lobo: Highway to Hell #1. Both the hardcover and trade paperback versions of Wonder Woman: Rise of the Olympian will be on shelves. Do yourself a favor and pick that up. It is a fantastic read.
Well, that is it for this week. Be sure to let me know what you will or won’t be picking up.
