A 71-year-old man with no legs got angry when a car that didn't belong was parked in a Walmart SuperCenter handicapped parking space, so he keyed the vehicle. The car owner says he's suing the disabled man, who announced he'll file a counter-suit. Of course, the handicapped guy will lose in court. He doesn't have a leg to stand on.
