The Circus is coming to town! If you're a kid, the circus is always something to get excited about, but this circus brings the kid out in adults.
Whether you are old enough to remember those days or not, you can still enjoy the circus. The Universoul Circus is coming to town, and it is not your mother’s kind of circus. Of course you will get the dancing elephants and the trapeze artists, but the Universoul Circus has something the other circus doesn't have: has an international flavor with acts from countries around the world - Japan, Ethiopia, and Africa, just to name a few. The music behind some of the performances is all the way live – you get a little hip hop, rock and roll, blues or R&B thrown into the mix in place of that old Kaliope music you associate with the circus. Some of the acts are more like live stage performances, so much so that you might think you are in Vegas or at the Theater of Performing Arts instead of the circus.
Universoul Circus, which started in 1994, has a little bit of something for everyone at a very modest price. So, if you are looking for something exciting to do, you don’t have to go to Vegas or get all dressed up to go to the Theater of Performing Arts. Just grab your crew, your kids, your better half or maybe just your hat, and get down to Southgate USA Shopping Center 20650 Libby Road, Maple Heights, Oh, on Tuesday October 20, 2009 and enjoy the action. The show starts at 10:30 am and tickets are only $10 per person, for grandstand or box seating. You can purchase your tickets in advance through Ticketmasterand skip the waiting in line.
