Texas Tech coach Pat Knight: Q & A in the Baker's Dozen

In his first year and a half as the head coach of the Texas Tech Red Raiders,
Pat Knight, has directed his squad to four wins over nationally ranked teams. Included in that string is a win against conference champion, Kansas, this past season. With the influx of an outstanding recruiting class and the development of a skilled sophomore and freshman class and the news out of west Texas could be very positive. Working along side his father he helped rebuild the Red Raider program and now has a chance to take it to new heights. He joined me in the kitchen this past week for another edition of the Baker’s Dozen.
