In “What is Spiritual Mind Treatment? Part I” I explore Spiritual Mind Treatment, a form of scientific affirmative prayer. The prayer has five steps: Recognition, Unification, Realization, Gratitude and Release. To illustrate a Spiritual Mind Treatment, the following is a prayer I wrote to support my “Vow to go deeper.”

A Spiritual Mind Treatment for spiritual enrichment

In this moment and every moment I feel and I know Spirit.
I know there is one life.
There is one mind. There is one energy. There is one universal essence which encompasses everything.
That one life is God, and God is all there is.
From the tiniest of creatures to the largest of beasts … there is only God.
From living cells to inorganic matter … there is only God.
From thought to manifested form … there is only God.
God is all. The all in all. All good, all abundant, all loving, all peaceful, all joyful - all the time.
God is the essence of all and there is no place where God is not.

Since God is all there is, I know Spirit is everywhere and always.
I recognize that I am a unique expression of the one life.
… a unique thread of divine essence that can never be separated from the Source.
There is one life … that life is God.
One energy … that energy is God.
That energy is in me, It runs through me, It expresses as me.
With the mind of Spirit I know I am one with God and have available to me all the treasures of the Universe. Surely, love, light, peace, joy, truth, wisdom, prosperity, abundance, health are available to me now.

I acknowledge and accept my gifts, knowing that I am infinitely blessed. I recognize that God is my source. Without delay, without pause, without limit - God is available to me always. I acknowledge that God’s life is my life now and open my heart to the one life. I clearly see the face of God in everyone I meet and everything I encounter. I am kind when confronted with anger, forgive at all times, I shine while living purposefully and inspire others to do the same. My soul is a conduit to God and I sense Spirit’s messages. I live consciously and in agreement with the highest degree of truth my soul can sustain. I am mindful that every second offers an opportunity to channel grace – and I take it.

I accept all this and so much more with open arms, heart and much gratitude. I am blessed. Thank you God. Thank you Spirit for the miracles.

It is so and done as I release this prayer into the Law, a power greater than anything. Knowing it will not return to me void, because I trust in God.

And so it is.
